Listening Beyond Words — Where Animals Guide Humans Back To Themselves
Sometimes animals begin behaving in ways we don’t fully understand.
A horse that suddenly resists.
A dog that becomes anxious or reactive.
A cat that seems withdrawn or unsettled.
Often people have already tried training, advice or practical solutions, yet something still doesn’t quite make sense.
My work offers a different way of listening.
I help people explore the deeper emotional and relational dynamics between themselves and their animals so that understanding, calm and connection can return for both.
When animals are truly heard, something powerful often shifts — not only for them, but for the humans who love them.
You might be here because
• Your horse’s behaviour has changed and you don’t understand why
• Your dog or companion animal seems anxious or unsettled
• You feel something deeper may be happening but can’t quite explain it
• You’ve tried other approaches and still feel there is something missing
Animals communicate constantly.
Not only through behaviour, but through emotion, sensitivity and presence.
Learning to listen in a deeper way can often reveal what has been trying to be expressed all along.

Ways We Can Work Together
Sacred Strides
For horses and riders
Supporting horse owners in understanding the deeper emotional and relational messages their horses may be expressing.
More Than a Dog
For dogs, cats and companion animals
Helping guardians understand their animal’s behaviour, feelings and needs in a deeper and more connected way.
Soul Awakening
For the human behind the animal
Sometimes the journey with our animals reveals something within ourselves that is asking to be understood or healed.
These sessions gently support that process.
A Different Kind of Listening
Animals are incredibly perceptive beings.
They notice changes in our emotions, energy and presence often long before we do.
Sometimes behaviour that appears confusing or difficult is simply a response to something deeper happening within the relationship between animal and human.
When we slow down and listen beyond behaviour alone, animals often guide us towards greater awareness, clarity and compassion.
This is where meaningful change often begins.
About Anna
My work began with a small spaniel named Harvey.
At a time when life felt heavy and uncertain, Harvey had a quiet way of reflecting something back to me that I had forgotten — that I was already enough as I was.
Through him I began to recognise how deeply animals feel and how strongly they respond to the emotional worlds around them.
That realisation changed the direction of my life.
Today I guide people in understanding the deeper conversations happening between themselves and their animals so that both can move forward with greater peace and connection.
